association and club located in beautiful Beaufort, NC on the North Carolina
Crystal Coast. We have a very well protected 73 slip marina basin, private
boat ramp, club house and pool, located in middle of the quiet Deerfield
Shores neighborhood. Our marina is located just off the Intracoastal Waterway at Marker 27 on the Newport River, just a couple miles north of
downtown Beaufort. GPS location of entrance is 34 deg 46' North, 76 deg 40'
West. From its beginnings some 70 years ago in Morehead City, the Club
continues to have a very friendly, down-to-earth group of members and
neighbors. These families and friends enjoy sailing, deep sea and coastal
salt water fishing, visiting Cape Lookout National Seashore, kayaking,
walking, biking, water aerobics classes, and just hanging out on the porch
with a book or WiFi laptop and cup of coffee.
We welcome applications for Associate members who can use our facilities and
participate in our active social and exercise calendar. As a small, quiet
private marina, we do not have gas, diesel, food, supply, repair services,
or transient docking. Boat slips are sometimes available for sale, lease,
or one week minimum rental, handling vessels up to 55 feet in length, with
drafts up to 6 feet. Marina WiFi as well as expanded marina security system
including video surveillance is being installed January 2010 for enjoyment
and safety of our owners and guests.
